It is KUVERAFASHION’s general procedure to ship items within Sri Lanka in 1-3 business days after your order is received. Unless otherwise arranged with KUVERAFASHION, items will be shipped via our standard / DHL shipping, which generally delivers packages within 2-5 business days after we provide the shipment. (In Districts other than Ampara, standard shipping has longer lead times, generally taking 3-7 business days.)
Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery.

“Free Shipping” Restrictions
We offer Free Standard Shipping to addresses in the Ampara Disctrict for orders over LKR 3,000.00 before taxes. For orders under LKR 3,000.00 before taxes, or outside Ampara District, you will be charged the carrier (“DHL / Standard”) going rate for standard shipping costs.
Shipping Costs are Nonrefundable
KUVERA FASHION accepts payment for website orders via PayPal, via credit /debit card, eZpay, mPay & Bank Transfer. If you wish to purchase any product made available through the website (each such purchase, a “Transaction”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant to KUVERA FASHION the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.
Please note that if you should return items for a refund, the shipping costs are non-refundable. And if an item is returned whose original purchase was covered by a “free shipping” offer, then KUVERAFASHION’s cost for shipping that item may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the cost of the original shipment.

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but understand that at times there may be a reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We will strive to work with you to remedy any such situation, via the policies outlined below. Please note: this return policy only applies to purchases made online at https://kuverafashion.lk.
If you purchased a KUVERAFASHION Clothing from a retailer or online store, please refer to that reseller’s own policies, which would control refund or return of your purchase from that reseller.
Domestic / Free Zone (Ampara District):
Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased from KUVERA FASHION passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing within 15 days of purchase.
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund within 15 days after purchase, please start the process by emailing [email protected] with your name, email, Order ID and the item you wish to exchange/return. There will be no refunds or returns after the initial 15 day period has expired.
Please note: If clothing is returned with signs of use (i.e., stains, odors, fading, or any damage), then KUVERAFASHION may not accept it for refund or as a return.
Upon receipt of any return, merchandise paid for with PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal, minus the deduction of any shipping fees (see above). Same for Mobile wallet payment and internet banking. Further, for purchases made by credit card, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please expect up to three (3) business days for KUVERAFASHION to issue a refund after receiving your return. You can expect to see the credit on your billing statement or via Pay Pal likely within three (3) weeks.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the merchandise paid amount will be credited to their bank account linked to their profile. (NO CASH RETURN BY HAND)
If an order is sent back to the warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled or customer will have to pay for shipping.
Paid Zone (Districts Other than Ampara):
Mindful of the high cost of legal disputes, not only in money but also in time and energy, both you and KUVERA FASHION agree to the following dispute resolution procedure for any dispute related to this transaction: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the KUVERA FASHION website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it (“Dispute”), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.
We do NOT accept Return on orders that were shipped to an address Ampara District. Please do not ship any such items back to KUVERAFASHION, as we cannot accept such shipments and will refuse the delivery.
Refunds for Paid Zone shipped orders will only be given on defective product or wrong styles/size sent, and with proof of that error as demanded by us (i.e., photograph of items received).
